My Italian grandmother loved a coffee soda that was made aroundthe block from her two-story walk up in Brooklyn. I remember it as a delicious, refreshing drink and it is the inspiration for Chazzano Coffee's Brooklyn Born Coffee Soda.

Many coffee soda beverages mask the true coffee flavors bya dding sugar or other unnecessary flavorings- both natural and artificial. Our challenge was in creating a coffee soda as pure, delicious and distinctive as my fondest memories.

We brew our fresh roasted coffee as a cold brew concentrate, add filtered water, and carbonate it. Simple as that. It's the best coffee soda you'll ever taste.
